How this report is built
Every three hours the scraper pulls active listings from every public Cyprus car-listing source, deduplicates cross-platform copies of the same physical car using phone, image-hash, and plate matching, then scores each listing against the rolling 60-day median for its model and year.
Segment medians are computed Monday morning across active listings as of the prior week's end, excluding rows below 5 active comparables. Top movers compare a make+model+year-band's current median against the same cohort one week earlier; minimum 8 listings to qualify.
Fastest-selling and average ad lifespan use the lifecycle ledger — first_observed_at vs delisted_at over a 28-day trailing window. Most viewed reflects detail-page opens inside the AllCars web app, current ISO week only.
