Hi. AllCars.cy (the “site”, the “app”) is a self-funded, independent pet project run by one person to make the Cyprus used-car market easier to research. By using it, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. What AllCars is — strictly

AllCars is purely an analytics and market data statistics platform. It gathers publicly available car listing information from third-party websites through the same casual browsing anyone can do, computes statistics and deal scores, and presents them in one place.

AllCars does not buy or sell any vehicles. AllCars does not list cars on its own behalf. AllCars does not take payment for any listing, facilitate any transaction, or act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. AllCars has no affiliation whatsoever with any dealer, importer, buyer, seller, or any other party in the car trade.

This is an independent project with no business relationship with Bazaraki, Facebook Marketplace, or any other platform whose public listings appear in the aggregated index.

2. Monetisation

AllCars has no advertising revenue, no paid placements, no sponsored listings, and no commercial relationships with any party in the automotive industry. The only income is voluntary charitable donations from grateful users who find the project useful. Donations do not influence rankings, scores, or which listings appear.

3. What you can do

Use AllCars for personal, non-commercial car research — searching, comparing, saving alerts, and reading the dev blog. You may share links to listings or pages.

You may not: scrape AllCars in bulk, redistribute the data set, resell access, attempt to break authentication or rate limits, or use AllCars data to train a competing product without written permission.

4. Accuracy

I do my best to keep listings, prices, and computed scores accurate, but the source data comes from third parties and changes constantly. Numbers can be wrong. Listings can be stale. Always verify with the original ad and the seller before making a decision. AllCars is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind.

5. The deal score is an opinion

The fair-price band, the deal score, and the lemon flag are opinions produced by a statistical model. They reflect what comparable cars are listed for, not a guarantee that a car is worth that much, that it is mechanically sound, or that the seller is honest. Always inspect the car. Always read the ad fully. Trust your own eyes more than any number on a screen.

6. Telegram alerts

You can use AllCars without an account. Saved searches and price-drop alerts use Telegram, which means your Telegram user ID is associated with your saved filters. You can delete a saved alert at any time inside the bot, which deletes the link.

7. Donations

Donations through the Donate page are voluntary, non-refundable, and are not a payment for any service. They do not entitle the donor to anything. They go straight into hosting bills. Thank you if you chip in.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, AllCars is not liable for any decision you make based on its data, including the decision to buy, sell, or skip a car. AllCars has no involvement in any transaction between any buyer and seller. If you are unhappy with the site, the fix is to stop using it.

9. Changes

If these terms change in any meaningful way, the Last updated date at the top will move. The current text is always at allcars.cy/terms.
